    No, I’ve never heard of that website.

    There are a shit load of new dating website popping up in Thailand. Most are scams while only a few of them are legit. Unfortunately there is only way way to find out.

    Check it out and let me know what you think. Forget about how many members the website says it has or how many girls you can chat with. What really matters is, what is the ratio of actually meeting the girls.

    Many of the scam sites just pay girls…and guy to chat with you and send fake photos. Which is why you want to do video chat as soon as possible when you start chatting with a girl online.

    Trulythai looks like a scam to me. “Girls” will send messages to you from other dating sites asking you to contact them at TrulyThai. That’s exactly what happened to you, Fens.

    Further, I am receiving emails with naughty pics attached and “I want to f*** you” and telling me that I can contact them at TrulyThai.

    My recommendation? There are plenty of decent Thai dating sites that are honest and reputable. Stay away from TrulyThai.com

  So I have always careful of online dating websites specially in the states… So but I again I felt for it and created a profile in thailovelinks.com I uploaded a 4 pics and went on to search.

  I’m a fairly good looking guy so I’m hoping I strike some luck on one or two females… And oh my god… In about 3 or 4 hours… I got dozens of interests and more than that inviews. Right now I’m talking to two good looking thai girls on yahoo messenger already. It’s actually quite overwhelming to keep up with new girls messaging me.

  My trip to Thailand in a few weeks might be even better than I though… Thanks Seven your the man

        Could be a million different reasons. I’m American and I like American girls. But I also like Asian women too. Most Thai women are the same.

        Or it could be the belief that similarities attract. “People like people similar to themselves.” But then again, opposites attract….

        Who really cares about the why? It’s the outcome that really matters.

    There are, but there are also so many different styles of scams online. Nowadays even some douche bag foreigners are pretending to be Thai women to get money sent to them.

    My advice is simple:

    1- After a couple of messages back and forth, do some skype video chat.

    2- NEVER EVER send money to a Thai girl.

  Here’s another recommendation – Skout (iPhone app) it works great in Japan, and I had tonnes of luck too with it in Thailand. As you say the bigger places have more users, but it is free (ad-supported) and you can chat with who like on it. Give it a try!

  Plenty of Fish and OKCupid are pretty decent for Bangkok. Outside of them useless. Both free too.

    Will have to check out those two sites. In my experience, there tends to be higher quality of women on the paid sites. But I’ve seen a few exceptions to that on the free sites.

      The successes you tout for these sites are hugely overblown. I have spoken to many guys suckered into these sites and find that they were scammed, spammed, cam-med, damned and flim-flammed. The site administrators seldom verify female members and take their sweet time to remove scam artists. Success is always said to be just around the corner (and just a few dollars away). I realize these sites buy advertising on your site but PLEASE don’t piss down my leg and tell me it’s raining.

        I have to disagree with you on this one. I use Thai Love Links and Thai Love Lines all the time when I’m in Bangkok.

        Also a lot of my readers use these sites to set up free pussy for when the arrive in Thailand.

        But there are scams and ladyboys to watch out for.

        Will you find the hottest Thai girls on these websites? No. But you can find some very satisfying women on them.
