Ka Jok See Restaurant and Bar is one of the favorite nightlife dining venues in Phuket Town. Located in an old shop-house that is beautifully decorated, this restaurant is both stylish and fun. By serving Thai food along with entertainment, Ka Jok See Restaurant attracts crowds and it is necessary to make reservations ahead of time if you want to check it out. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 6:30 onwards and is located on Takua Pa Road. There is no sign out front, but don’t be deterred.
This is a fun cabaret show that features beautiful ladyboys in great costumes. As in most performance venues of this type, at Aprhodite the songs are lip-synched and always entertaining. Dancers are very skilled and show off their moves on stage in this large theater. In addition to the great nightly shows – at 6, 7:30, and 9 p.m. – visitors get to enjoy Chinese and Japanese food at Aphrodite’s restaurants or drink at the brewery.
