M. R. Kukrit Pramoj was Prime Minister for just one year in the 1970s, but he and his home have earned a significant place in history. Kukrit was a multi-talented man whose many accomplishments and abilities are on display at this museum. It is actually made up of several teak structures that are quite beautiful in their own right. This home once attracted numerous journalists hoping for news or a word. Another attraction of the Kukrit Home is its collection of fine gardens, containing a great variety of plants and flowers.

Vertigo at Banyan Tree

Vertigo at Banyan Tree has several attractions: In addition to restaurants and shops, there are health stores, a deluxe gym, a dancing school, and Lumpini Boxing Stadium. Visit from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. for a great variety of interesting activities, especially the boxing matches.

Lumpini Park

Offering a break from the bustle of the city is Lumpini Park, where local visitors and travelers alike can appreciate the chance to glimpse some green space and enjoy some quite. This enormous park is located on Rama IV Road and is open from about dawn until 9 p.m.

Christ Church

Christ Church is an impressive and quite pretty building that houses an Anglican congregation. Open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, this church on Convent Road is simple but very attractive. It offers an important glimpse into the history of missionaries and English citizens in Thailand. Services are held regularly.
